Good climbing frame let down by the instructions
I’ve recently purchased this climbing frame and it’s been fun to build and my daughter is going to enjoy it for many years. I would recommend it. Unfortunately the instructions let it down some what. A few of the pictures are very vague as to exactly what needs doing and one of the instructions was wrong completely. I had been sent out an older version of a manual and luckily I noticed before I had started drilling holes otherwise it would have been ruined. I was eventually emailed the right instructions. Another step in the instructions has the wrong measurements on and again if I had drilled the hole where they said it would have made the beam that the swings are on very insecure. (If someone from the company wants to contact me I can explain further)
I purchased the anchors but where you attach them is not in the instructions and I had to modify one piece to make them fit in a way that I felt was best.
Delivery was very well organised and packed very neatly which made checking everything was there easy.
The vinyl roof pieces could either come pre-cut or at least marked up as that was time consuming.
I’m sure we will get many years enjoyment out of it and the ten year guarantee was a big factor in me purchasing from this company over others on the market.

Durable wood It is important to us that our playground equipment is durable and stable, which is why we use impregnated pine and spruce wood. We recommend pre-drilling some wooden elements, as wood (being a natural product) can change in volume due to moisture or drying.
Tarpaulin design Playground equipment is available from fatmoose in many different designs, both with and without a tarpaulin. If the playground equipment is supplied with a tarpaulin, this comes in one piece and can be customised and cut to size. Do you like our pictures?
