In order to assist you as quickly as possible, we require a list of the missing parts and your confirmation that the goods have been fully checked. Only then can we arrange for a single replacement delivery. The list should be compiled using the assembly instructions (e.g. 1 piece B 80, 2 pieces PD 240). The names of the wooden parts can be found at the front of the assembly instructions, upright next to the item illustrations. In addition, please let us know if you have received any parts that are different or additional to those specified in the assembly instructions. You do not need to return these parts, but this information will help us to avoid any sorting or packaging errors in the future.
In order to be able to provide rapid support, we require photographs of the damaged parts or incorrect colours. Please check the entire delivery carefully and send us a comprehensive list of the missing or damaged parts, so that we can arrange an extra delivery. Please refer to the assembly instructions when compiling the list (e.g. 1 x B 80, 2 x PD 240).
