Are your files too large to upload?
No problem! Simply send us your larger video and image files via SwissTransfer:
- 1. Preparation: Open SwissTransfer and upload your video and image files.
- 2. Delivery method: Select the green „E-Mail“ box (please do not select delivery via link).
- 3. Validity: Click on ‘Advanced settings’ and ensure that the validity period is set to 30 days. This will give us plenty of time to download the files.
- 4. Security: Do not enable password protection. Otherwise, we will unfortunately be unable to download your files.
- 5. Recipient: Enter [email protected] as the recipient and send the transfer.
We will receive your files automatically, download them and assign them to your entry.
